Help with a Federal Agency

Congresswoman Porter will not be running for re-election in California's 47th Congressional District this November. As we approach the end of the Congresswoman’s term, our office is limited in its ability to assist with federal agency matters. As of October 31, 2024, our office will no longer be accepting new constituent services cases.

To avoid any possible delays in resolving your case, we highly recommend that you submit an inquiry to Senator Alex Padilla, so you may immediately begin the casework process with their office. Senator Padilla’s casework team uses the same network as our casework team, so they are equally qualified to assist you with this matter.  More information about receiving assistance from Senator Alex Padilla’s office can be found here: https://padilla.senate.gov/services/agency-assistance.

If you can't get an answer from a federal agency in a timely fashion, or if you feel you have been treated unfairly, our office may be able to help resolve a problem or get you the information you need. While we cannot guarantee you a favorable outcome, we will do our best to help you receive a fair and timely response to your problem.
