On Thursday, September 1, Congresswoman Katie Porter (D-CA) and U.S. Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm will tour an Orange County facility that is training the next generation of unionized clean energy workers. Porter and Granholm will also hold a roundtable with local labor leaders and other government officials on how the recently-passed Inflation Reduction Act and the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law are making our economy more globally competitive through investments in green manufacturing, clean energy, and decarbonization.
